Soups are ideal for Polish climate. For most of the year it is cold, rainy, cloudy, freezing or snowing here. In those circumstances there is nothing better to warm you up than a bowl of hot, rich and nutritious soup. Ok, there is, but you can’t drink vodka everyday! Besides, soups are much healthier and it is easy to prepare them. It is enough to toss all the products you have under your hand to a big pot, add water and seasons and boil it.
